WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Unfortunately, the RSVP deadline has passed.
Does the RSVP have to be done online or can I send it by post?
We have done an RSVP on this website but if you feel comfortable doing a post RSVP then feel free to by sending Jasmine a text (07460112834) and she will send you an address.
IF I SAY 'NO' TO THE RSVP BUT LATER CHANGE MY MIND WHO DO WE NEED TO INFORM?

I HAVE DIETARY RESTRICTIONS/ALLERGIES. WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO LET YOU KNOW?
When responding 'Yes' to the RSVP page, there will be a section that allows you to tell us your allergies as well as an additonal comment for extra things to say.
I can't attend the wedding in person. Will there be a virtual wedding celebration?
Unforntually we are not doing virtual weddings unless things with Covid happen again to get worst. However, we are going to put our wedding video on this website. once we get the final edit.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I CAN'T MAKE IT?
You will be dearly missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP 'no', so that we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
CAN I BRING MY CHILDRENS
We do allow children to attend our wedding as long as we have informed you already by invites or in person. However, we understand that it might be hard to find someone to babysit for the day therefore please inform us.
Can I have a plus one?
Yes, you can have one person attending with you.

What time should I arrive?
The ceremony starts at 2 pm, Please arrive as soon as possible because we need everyone inside the church and seated by 1:45 p.m. Thank you!
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
As much as we would love to provide transport, we are asking if you could find your way to the church and venue. For anyone who is unable to drive, Southport is a small town where everything is within short walking distance. There are taxis that you could use if you don't feel like driving.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE WEDDING VENUE?
For the ceremony, there is parking available and it'll be at the church site.
Yes, parking is available at the venue. As you leave the hotel, please go to reception and obtain a parking ticket so that you can exit the parking lot. You won't need to pay.

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are wheelchair friendly and there will be a lift to the venue and easy access to go in the church.
Can I take pictures during the ceremony to post on social media?
We don't mind if you post it on social media but we are hoping to have a no phone most of the day.
If I'm running late for the wedding, what advice can be given?
It'll be best to not call the groom or bride on the day as they will be pretty busy. Further information nearer the day.

IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up with us! We are requesting a formal dress code for both the ceremony and evening. We do like to say that we do not allow jeans and anything remotely white or ivory. we do have a colour theme going on which is blue and green but that is not mandatory.
Is there a theme wedding?
Yes, we are having a theme wedding. If you haven't guessed it from the save the date or the website.
It is a Travel theme!
This does not mean to dress up in travel theme clothing, we just wanted the decoration to be that way.
Is it going to be a religious wedding?
This is a Christian wedding so we do ask kindly that you please respect by not blaspheme unless it is in the right context, plus there will be people in attendances who belong to the same church that both the bride and groom go to. Thank in advance!
When can I leave at the reception?
We would appreciate it if you could stay until the bride and groom leave at 11 p.m.
Unless you have a ride from someone else or for some other reason. We are still grateful for your presence with us throughout the day.
WHERE CAN I STAY IN SOUTHPORT?
The venue that is taking place for our reception is a hotel as well and they have kindly given us a discount for people attending our wedding. You would have to book on their website directly. The code is WEDDING.

IF I HAVE NOT HAD BOTH COVID VACCINES/BOSSTER OR DON'T WANT TO TAKE THE VACCINES. WHAT WILL BE THE REGULATIONS BY IT?
If you choose not to get one or both vaccines we would appreciate taking a flow test the night before the wedding and the morning itself. We would then like you to send a picture of proof to the best man or maid of honor. We hope you understand why we asked you to do this as we wouldn't like to ruin such a nice day and we would like to make another guest feel safe when attending. Thank you!

WHAT HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES WILL YOU BE TAKING DURING THE EVENT?
We will be following all government guidelines toward Covid 19. please keep an eye out for any updates.
If you feel the need to wear a face mask then please feel free as we aim to make sure everyone feels safe due to being the vast amount of people there on the day.
